1 Acceptance of Terms

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a stable and secure internet connection before initiating any betting or gaming activity.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your eg77 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled or the bonus funds forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to identity verification.
